Earning points is easy!You’ll earn points every time you make a purchase (provided you’re logged into your Flary Turtle VIP account). Your points will be added and appear in your account balance when your order ships.If a purchase is refunded for any reason, the associated rewards points will be deducted from your points balance. 10.PAYMENT
Currency conversion will then be applied by the issuing bank. You can pay on the website using your credit or debit card, K-NET and Apple Pay. If you choose to pay by card, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard. Your card will be debited once your order has been accepted.

REFUNDS AND GENERAL ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
If you are expecting a refund for items you have returned, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the items in our warehouse. You can use the return tracking number to confirm if they were received correctly.The items will be checked and verified, then the refund will be initiated. After a refund has been processed by us, it may take up to 30 days to clear with the issuing bank. After this time, if you still have not received your refund, please let us know.

If you see that your returned items have been received and this date has now passed, please let us know so we can look into this for you. If your items are eligible for a return, we recommend that you use the return label provided by Flary Turtle as we cannot refund return postage if the prepaid label has not been used. If, however, you returned your items using another return label, 

please also provide your tracking information when contacting us.
If you receive an email stating that your order has failed and been cancelled, it is unlikely that money has been transferred from your account.An authorization, which is only a temporary hold of funds, may have occurred and no money was transferred. In this scenario, the hold will be lifted automatically within 48 hours, but it may take longer to discuss with the issuing bank. If you have any concerns or questions as to whether your card has been charged or “authorized”, please let us know.

Free shipping on Flaryturtle.com will be applied to orders over 50 KUWAIT DINAR OR 162 USD. This will be applied to the currency displayed on your order, not based on the conversion. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied and before any taxes, duties, or fees are added at checkout. This may vary during promotions and sales periods. The KUWAITI DINAR threshold may vary depending on the delivery address.
Otherwise, shipping charges apply. The cost of shipping will depend on your delivery address.Once you have entered your delivery address at checkout, you will be able to see the delivery options available to you and their cost.
This service does not include free returns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Requests to update the shipping address are not guaranteed, regardless of when the request is made.We will try to modify the delivery if the order has not yet been processed, but if this fails we will deliver the order to the delivery address indicated on the order. Flary Turtle will not be responsible for any change of address charges made with the carrier.
Unfortunately we are unable to combine your orders for delivery, if you place multiple orders they will be shipped separately, we are sorry that we cannot assist you further with this request.
Express Delivery: All orders (except Kuwait orders) are shipped with DHL Worldwide Express from Kuwait. For orders in Kuwait, it will be express delivery via one of the delivery companies.
Some countries may be required to pay taxes and duties upon arrival which will be applied by your local customs office.
